Fòlia Rosato I.G.P. Puglia 75 cl Cantina Diomede

With the Nero di Troia wine the Diomede Winery has chosen one of the wines if not the most cultivated wine, famous is used of all the North Barese (territory of Bari, Barletta-Andria-Trani and surrounding areas) of the Puglia region.

Nero di Troia is extracted from the grape Uva di Troia, a vine very used locally, it is thought, both native to Asia Minor in particular from the ancient city of the ancient Troia from which the name derives.

Like many, also the Diomede Winery, which is also expert in the vinification of this wine, using the soft pressing of the grapes to obtain Fòlia Rosato.

The Fòlia Rosato is a rose-colored wine with classic violet reflections (typical characteristic of the vine, reflections that are also found in the red wines of the same vine).

With a harmonious, round taste and a vinous bouquet, it is fruity. It should be served at a temperature of 10-12 ° C, the Fòlia lends itself well as a wine throughout the meal especially in summer combined with cold dishes.
