The "Berlucchi 61" in its Saten version is the exaltation of the more persuasive character of Chardonnay, told in its most delicate and refined version. The perlage is soft, creamy and persistent, as befits the type. The nose has a rich and elegant scent, which flows on notes of ripe and tropical yellow fruit, at times almost candied. Fragrant notes of bakery and shortcrust pastry speak of a contact with yeasts that has been able to interact with wine. On the palate the creaminess is enveloping and in balance with the freshness and flavor. The finish is precise and persistent.
Franciacorta as a great aperitif, perfect accompaniment to a dish of mixed cold cuts of the Lombard tradition.
