Product Details

Berlucchi '61 is the son of an assembly of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, coming from the most suitable vineyards of the prestigious area, it ferments first in steel with a short pink maceration of a few hours for the Pinot Noir. After the second fermentation in the bottle, it ages 24 months on the lees and rests at least 2 months in the bottle, thus enriching its aromatic profile.

It has a beautiful bright coral pink with a fine and continuous perlage. The nose is elegant with delicate notes of berries, blood orange and pomegranate with toasted hints of walnut and bread crust. On the palate it immediately strikes for the extreme freshness of the lively and creamy sip, with a nice return on cherry notes for a finish of good persistence.
