Contadi Castaldi's brut is lively, rich in fragrance, which prefers smoothness and an accessible sensory language, a balanced and versatile style.

In the glass it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, animated by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh, with floral notes of lime, hints of citrus, white peach and green pepper. The mouth is taut and crunchy, fresh and vertical, savory, refined and with a very pleasant persistent finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, this Franciacorta is also ideal to accompany soups and veloutés.
