Among the entire range of Ca' Del Bosco, the Vintage Collection Brut is the one that best expresses the synthesis between terroir and grape variety, faithfully interpreting the character of the territory and the philosophy of one of the most renowned companies of this precious denomination. Born only of the best harvests, this brut is the result of a precise vinification and a long aging (four years!) on its lees, for an intense, structured final product with an unmistakable taste. A wine for special occasions!

Delicate straw yellow color with lively perlage, fine and elegantly persistent. The aromatic character is refined and whispered, between citrus tones, tropical fruity notes of pineapple, toasted sensations and minerality. The mouthfeel is energetic, savory and balanced, thanks also to the crispness that gives verve and character, up to the precise, clean and decidedly dry finish of hazelnut.

Excellent with starters of shellfish, also raw, oysters, or with sea bream in foil.
