The Blanc de Blancs of Tenuta Montenisa dei Marchesi Antinori is a Franciacorta that conquers for its delicate character, its balanced and satisfying sip.
At the end of the soft pressing of the grapes, the flower must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with a stop on the lees for at least 24 months. In the glass it has a straw yellow color, crossed by a fine and continuous perlage. The bouquet recalls aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, fruity notes, hints of fragrant bread crust and pastry nuances. On the palate it is fine, with an elegant fruit sip, which accompanies towards a finish that closes on fresh and savory sensations.
It is an ideal Franciacorta to be tasted with seafood appetizers or dishes with a particularly delicate taste.
