Product Details

The Rosé de Noirs by Nicola Gatta is made from 100% Pinot Nero grapes. The vinification consists of a short overnight maceration followed by a spontaneous fermentation on indigenous yeasts and without the addition of sulphites. After fermentation, the aging takes place on the yeasts for 60 moons. No added sugar in the disgorgement phase which took place in September 2020.

The Color of Nicola Gatta's Rosé de Noirs Nature is a wonderful and delicate pink color. On the nose the notes of wild strawberries, raspberries and bread crust stand out. In the mouth it is fragrant and easy to drink, leaving a pleasant sensation of freshness in the mouth. Excellent to combine with delicate dishes based on shellfish and raw fish, but also fresh and fatty cheeses. Perfect for an aperitif or a romantic dinner.
