The Rosé Cuvée Prestige by Ca 'del Bosco comes from an accurate assembly, which gives the emotion of a great Franciacorta. The Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed with a short contact with the skins and the must is then vinified in white. The Chardonnay is fermented separately. The base wines mature in steel for 8 months before being blended to create the final cuvée. The refermentation takes place in the bottle, with a minimum aging on the lees of 36 months.
In the glass it shows a beautiful bright pink color. The perlage is very fine and persistent. The bouquet expresses floral aromas, notes of pomegranate, aromas of citrus and small berries. The sip is creamy and ample, with good structure and richness, with a harmonious and balanced finish. For lovers of great Italian wine an absolute certainty.
It is perfect to accompany an aperitif, together with fish-based preparations or with eggs and quiches. To be paired with a warm seafood salad.
