Fichimori Salento I.G.T. 75 CL Tormaresca
DESCRIPTION:
Fichimori is the only red wine to drink cold thanks to its special production technique, it is produced in the seal San Pietro Vernotico mostly with grapes Negroamaro and with addition of grape Syrah . The bouquet is fruity, the nose opens with notes of cherry and strawberry and blackcurrant and pomegranate shades and the taste is very pleasant.
PAIRINGS:
A wine to drink at all times, especially at dinner with sushi, fish, pizza and pasta with fish or vegetables. Or after dinner as a refreshing drink or at the base of a summer cocktail.
WINE:
E 'produced mainly with grapes Negroamaro, with a small addition of grapes Syrah, cold macerated for 5 days at a temperature of 5 ° C, so as to extract the varietal aromas, the color and softer polyphenolic components. The wine then ferments without skins, at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C.
