From the best grapes carefully selected in the vineyards of the Apollonio winery, the Elfo is born. The grapes ferment at a controlled temperature in steel, where they then rest for about 3 months.
At sight it shows a brilliant ruby red color, with intense violet reflections. The aromas on the nose spread over notes of dried flowers, cherry and a hint of black pepper. In the mouth it is soft, fresh, perfectly balanced. It closes with a slightly mineral olfactory aftertaste.
Excellent throughout the meal, where it goes well with land cuisine and with second courses based on chicken, rabbit and lamb. Also worth trying with an aperitif, it gives its best with orecchiette with turnip tops.
