The Falcone Riserva Rivera consists of 70% of Nero di Troia and the remaining 30% of native grapes of the area. The wine is very fragrant, full bodied, intense. Suitable for important dinners, to be a gift for connoisseurs and enthusiasts of the sector, for parties, birthdays and anniversaries in general. The Falcone, aged in French oak for at least 14 months and for a further year in the bottle is very suitable for aging at a controlled temperature.

It goes very well with meals with the presence of red meats, game and particularly aged cheeses.

WINE

The grapes are harvested between the third and fourth week of October. The maceration lasts 15 days in steel winemakers with delestage and frequent pumping over to obtain a better extraction of aromatic substances and dyes and at the same time soften the tannins

The wines of the Rivera winery are produced using grapes from the area between Andria, Castel del Monte and surroundings.
