Paolo Leo's organic wine is produced from 100% Primitivo grapes, harvested manually in boxes in the last week of August. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation follows.
Paolo Leo's Agricolo has a brilliant ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with an intense and enveloping bouquet, with notes of cherry and black cherry, enriched by pleasant spicy hints. On the palate it is sweet and savory, with a balanced and persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany first courses based on red sauces, it is ideal in combination with red meats and game.
