A wine of rare intensity and fullness with its 17%. Powerful and majestic, on the palate it denotes great balance and roundness.
Maccone 17 ° is the best of the production of the Apulian company Angiuli which is vinified and left to rest for a few months. During the bottling phase, no filtering is carried out, so as not to subtract anything and leaving the maximum richness and expressiveness of the primitive.
The eye shows an intense ruby red color and evident purple reflections. The first hints are those of overripe fruit, aromatic herbs and a spicy and decisive spiciness; when tasted, a very important, decisive, almost opulent structure is highlighted, which is balanced by a softness that gives it balance and depth.
Although it is a meditation wine, to be savored at the end of a meal, this glass can be paired with red meat dishes and particularly fatty and aged cheeses.
