A Mano is produced from 100% Primitivo grapes, in Puglia. The vinification takes place in the cellar where the ripe grapes are pressed and cooled. The fermentation kept low proceeds for several weeks. After pressing, the wine is left to rest for the whole winter in concrete tanks, then for 6 months in the bottle.
Ruby red color, very lively and transparent. Bouquet of raspberries and blackberries with hints of aromatic herbs: oregano, pepper and rose petals. Elegant, interesting, complex flavor.
Wine to be tasted with savory pasta, roast chicken, game and especially semi-aged cheeses.
