Product Details

Primitivo Muro Sant'Angelo, tenute Chiaromente is an Apulian red with an intense, rich and elegant profile.

The grapes are carefully selected to guarantee only the highest quality, they vinify and refine in steel before being bottled. This red wine comes from old saplings rooted on calcareous soil and ages in large barrels for 12 months.

In the glass it has a ruby red color. Plum, small red fruit and spices are the aromas that are found most on the nose. On the palate it is medium-bodied, balanced, with a medium persistence finish.

Excellent throughout the meal, perfect with land cuisine and with second courses based on chicken, rabbit and lamb. Also try with first courses such as orecchiette with turnip tops, it gives its best with meatballs.
