Elo Veni Negroamaro Salento I.G.T. 75 cl Leone de Castris

Leone de Castris for his Elo Veni uses one of the most famous Apulian wines in the world, the Negramaro Salentino.

The Negramaro which makes up the Elo Veni wine is vinified in purity, this gives it a harmonious flavor, with a scent of cloves, fresh pepper, red fruit and earth.

On the palate the wine is very balanced and therefore perfect for all types of meals and combinations. Suggested pairings with grilled or baked fish, white meats, appetizers, first and second courses of meat.

At sight the wine has a beautiful bright red color, a typical characteristic of the Salento nnegromaro.

The Elo Veni wine is the classic Apulian wine that can adapt to all situations.
