The Papale di Varvaglione 1921 was born from Primitivo grapes grown in its own vineyards.
In the glass it has a deep red color with intense violet reflections. Very intense aromas and recall sensations such as fruit jam, black currant, blackberry, cherry, cocoa and licorice. Round, soft wine, with a final persistence tending towards aromatic.
Suitable to accompany the whole meal but also soups dressed with meat sauces, dips, stews, grilled and braised red meats.
