Negramante is a wine that represents the area of Salento, produced from only negroamaro grapes with the traditional Apulian sapling system. The lively red color is very reminiscent of strawberry and raspberry being on the palate full and balanced with a pleasantly persistent finish.

VINIFICATION:
The harvest takes place in the early hours of dawn. In the cellar the grapes are gently destemmed and the pressed is placed in stainless steel containers for fermentation. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 22-24 ºC, lasts 8-10 days. During fermentation they are pumped over and delestage to extract color and soft tannins from the skins. At the end of fermentation, racking is carried out with a soft press and after the first racking, always in stainless steel container, malolactic fermentation takes place.

TASTING NOTES
Intense red color with violet reflections; intense aroma of fresh fruit, reminiscent of raspberry and strawberry. In the mouth it is full, balanced, with a pleasantly persistent finish.
