The Negroamaro grapes that give rise to the red A Mano derive from an old, non-irrigated espalier vineyard. This grape is sensitive to sunburn and the espalier vineyard is perfect for protecting the grapes from the scorching Salento sun and helps to create unique and rare aromas.
On the nose you will recognize the freshly picked berries, black cherries, spices and the scent of flowers.
Elegant, clean with a delicacy that envelops the palate every time you drink it. Over time it can age wonderfully developing the complexity of a mature wine.
A Mano goes very well with spicy sausages, fresh pasta with robust sauces, mixed roasts and grills.
