Rosè Rosato Castel del Monte D.O.C. 75 cl Rivera
This wine has made the history of Italian rosés. It is obtained mainly from the Bombino Nero variety, traditional of the rocky hills of the DOC Castel del Monte area. After a soft pressing, the grapes are left to macerate for 12-15 hours to extract from the skins the right color and aromatic substances that give it the characteristics and the typicality that made it famous. Dry, light and fruity, it is a classic wine for all meals to be served fresh.
