DESCRIPTION
Unlike classic taralli cooked directly in the oven, heated taralli require double cooking. In fact, the heated taralli are blanched in water and oil before being baked.
This double cooking means that the taralli have a different appearance, since they are more shiny on the surface and also have a different flavor. To make them tastier you can add various seeds, such as: fennel seeds and sesame seeds.
INGREDIANTS
Type "0" soft WHEAT flour, wine (SULPHITES), EVO oil, mother yeast (GLUTEN), salt, brewer's yeast, FENNEL seeds 0.4%, SESAME seeds 0.6%.
Contains: gluten, sulphites, sesame seeds.
It may contain traces of eggs and derivatives, milk and derivatives, fish and derivatives, nuts, soy.
