The Tarallificio San Padre Pio of Civita Antonino produces the taralli to the brick following traditional methods of working, selecting the best raw materials and using the wisdom in the workmanship made by hand.

The San Padre Pio s.r.l. tarotype is a company of Barletta which was founded in 2004 by the will of Mr. Antonio Civita, who after the second generation of bakers decided to set up a family-owned company to produce taralli and bakery products, according to the recipes handed down from father to son, from which the brick working method derives.
