Manor of Federico Bombino nero I.G.P. Puglia Vignuolo


The Black Bombino from which this wine is obtained, is a typical vine from the north of Bari. It was introduced in Puglia in ancient times and it seems that the origin of the name derives from the particular shape of the bunch, resembling a child with slightly raised arms: hence the custom of calling it "bombino", in the Apulian dialect.

WINE

Short maceration in contact with the skins and fermentation completed at low temperature.

PAIRINGS

Excellent on poultry, first courses of fish, second courses of white meat, second courses of fish

Ideal wine for aperitifs throughout the meal, ideal with an excellent chicken salad.
