Chardonnay I.G.P. Puglia Bag in box Cantina Vignuolo

The Chardonnay of Cantina Vignuolo uses Chardonnay vines present on the territory of Andria and the castel del monte. It has a pale yellow color that is simple, fresh and inviting; on the nose it expresses aromas of exotic fruit and floral notes. Of medium body, in the mouth it is warm, supported by an acidity that makes it loose the drink, characterized by a beautiful tactile relief that caresses the palate.

PAIRINGS

Pairings: appetizers, seafood, soups, first and second courses of fish, poultry, white meats, fresh cheeses.

HISTORY

Vignolio Winery was born in Andria in 1959, the goal has always been to enhance the territory of Andria and all its varieties of native vines of the area, such as the famous Nero di troia of Castel del Monte and the wines of Alta Murgia.

The Cantina Vignuolo of Andria takes its name in 2010, the goal of Cantina Vignuolo and that of producing highly territorial wines such as Bombino Nero to Nero di Troia, from Greco Bianco to Chardonnay, from Moscato Bianco to finish with Rosato.
