From the best vineyards raised in Uva di Troia around the Castel del Monte, we produce the Maniero di Federico Uva di Troia I.G.P., a welcoming ruby-red wine. It has a fruity profile with hints of blackberry, cherry, fig and slightly spicy plum in which you can feel all the warmth of the Apulian sun. The taste is a dry wine, supported by a good dose of alcohol, soft enough for the tannic component present but not impetuous and annoying, savory and quite fresh.

The combination goes from hearty main courses such as lasagna with meat sauce or bolognese pie. Second courses such as barbecued lamb ribs, semi-mature cheeses, or paired with a stuffed guinea-fowl.
