Producing a rosé is a real art, a work of maniacal attention in the cellar during the winemaking operations, which has its roots since ancient times. Between the Adriatic and the Ionian Sea that bathe the beautiful coasts of Apulia, an authentic jewel is born signed Masseria Altemura, whose name pays homage to the most beautiful cave of all Salento: the Zinzulusa. A Rosè made from 100% Negroamaro grapes where technical cleanliness, aromatic finesse and admirable balance are the elements that distinguish it. A wine that tells all the beauty of the pure and crystalline waters of the Mediterranean, the ideal bottle to have always at hand.

In the glass is announced with a soft and delicate color, tending to powder, crossed by delicate copper reflections. The aromatic bouquet is broad and sophisticated, with notes of rose hips that blend with pleasant notes of black cherry and spicy nuances that refer to pink pepper, ginger and turmeric.

Wonderful with raw fish, mussel and clam sautés, but also with soups, vegetable soups, fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
