Cretaro Rosato I.G.P. Puglia 75 cl Cantina Diomede

The Black Bombino in Puglia is a widespread vine is famous for its great organoleptic qualities, like, its strong and strong taste but never too strong to make it unbearable, very round and complete wine with aromas of typical Apulian fruit. The Bombino Nero, which has become famous above all for its great productivity is very high quality. The most famous quality is that of Castel del Monte, the Diomede Winery chosen Bombino Nero as well as for its particular characteristics also for its preparation for vinification in rosé.

To produce the Cretaro, Diomede Cellar delicately presses the grapes to obtain a cherry-pink wine with typical violet reflections of the vine. It expresses all its potential served at a temperature of 12-14 degrees.
