Elfo Susumaniello derives from the dedication of the Apollonio winery for its territory, typically Mediterranean, both for climate and composition. In fact, the mitigating action of the sea, guarantees the Puglia region a climate favourable to the growth of rich and abundant bunches. The Apollonio winery, located in Monteroni di Lecce, produces this variety following the traditional temperature-controlled fermentation procedure. The glass has a coral pink color. The nose expresses hints of pomegranate, grapefruit and rose. The palate is fresh and balanced.

CIBO-VINO
Ideal with appetizers and fish, in particular scallops au gratin or cod creamed Venetian style.
