Negroamaro Salento I.G.T. 75 cl Rivera

The most typical vine of Salento has been reinterpreted by Riviera in a fresh and flowing style with a modern vinification that enhances the intense aromas of small red fruits. The "Negroamaro" produced in Salento acquires the I.G.T. certification. Ruby red color offers an intense bouquet of black fruits with hints of liquorice, in fact on the palate we could realize its fruity taste and good structure.

WINE

The harvest takes place in the second week of September. The maceration lasts for 8-9 days in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28 ° C
