Product Details

Neprica di Tormaresca was obtained from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes selected from the best vineyards. This red with an elegant nature comes from a maceration on the skins carried out at a temperature not exceeding 28 ° C. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation processes, the wine is aged for 8 months in steel plus a further 4 months in the bottle.

It is announced in the glass of an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose expresses decisive aromas of morello cherry and small wild berries intertwined with delicate herbaceous and vegetable notes. The sip is smooth and full-bodied, supported by a soft tannic texture and a subtle fresh-savory trail that persists in the finish.

At the table it goes well with cured meats and aged cheeses and vegetable-based recipes. Excellent pairing with first and second courses of land based on red meats and stewed white meats.
