Trentangeli Bio Tormaresca

The name Trentangeli refers to the Apulian rural tradition, marked by religion and myth: it derives from the homonymous area of ​​the Tenuta Tormaresca which is currently a railway passage and which was once a place of refreshment for transhumance journeys, where the path of the pastures was protected by 30 angels.

Elegance and harmony in the softer expression of Aglianico, Cabenet Sauvignon and Syrah. Whose grapes are harvested slightly overripe, in order to enhance their phenolic potential. The vinification takes place in steel tanks and the maturation of which continues in French oak barrels for about 10 months. A subsequent refinement in the bottle for no less than 9 months.

Intense ruby ​​red wine. Scented with red fruit such as plum and blackberry, spicy and balsamic then nutmeg, pepper and cinchona.
Warm, rich wine with excellent structure and persistence. Aging in barriques gives it length and elegance.

Throughout the meal, it goes well with rich first courses based on meat sauce, roasts and grilled meats.
