F Negroamaro Salento IGP Cantina San Marzano

DESCRIPTION:

The F Negroamaro is an aromatic fusion of plums berries, cherries and spicy notes. And 'the color red very intense purple and the palate is soft, elegant and with sweet tannins and caressing with a pleasantly lingering finish.

WINE:

The grapes are harvested by hand in small baskets. Maceration time: 18 days on '80% by mass, 25 days upon 20% (with selected yeasts in the vineyard of material selected of a different type). Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24-26 ° C.

AGING:
12 months in French oak barrels and Caucasian.

AGING:

A wine that manages to keep intact the organoleptic characteristics for seven years.

PAIRINGS:

First courses, red meats, game and aged pecorino cheese. Meditation wine.
