Il Favonio Rosso I.G.T. Conte Spagnoletti Zeuli

The Favonio Rosso has a ruby red color with violet reflections. The company of Count Spagnoletti Zeuli is present on the territory of Andria since 600 at the time of Federico II of svevia.

The Azienda Agricola Spagnoletti works wines coming from the Andria area, especially from the grapes coming from Castel del Monte classified D.O.C. produce an excellent Nero di Troia D.O.C. the whole territory of Andriese and Pugliese is famous.

The Favonio Rosso is produced for about 85% by black troia and the remaining 15% by Montepulciano di Puglia (the Apulian montepulciano is very versatile and suitable for the production of rose wines). This combination makes the Favonio Rosso a very full-bodied and delicate wine with a fruity and intense aftertaste.

PRODUCTION AREA

The wines and oil of the Azienda Agricola Spagnoletti are produced using grapes from the area between Andria, Castel del Monte and surroundings.
