HYPOLOGY: Extra Dry sparkling wine.
ORIGIN: Prosecco DOC Treviso area.
VARIETY: Glera.
VINIFICATION: Extra Dry sparkling wine vinified in white after a soft pressing of the grapes and sparkling with the Charmat method.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: obtained from grapes from an area historically suited to the production of Prosecco, carefully made sparkling so that it can best express its qualities, it is characterized by creamy and persistent bubbles and generous fruity notes of apple, acacia, citrus and almond, typical of the grape variety of origin.
FOOD PAIRING: excellent as an aperitif, with fish, shellfish and crustaceans appetizers, it goes well with spring cuisine based on spontaneous herbs such as risotto and savory pies. It can also accompany moderately sweet pastry.
