Bottega Rose Gold is a Brut sparkling wine obtained by the vinification in rosé of Pinot Noir grapes

Color and Appearance: Brilliant, soft pink color, fine and persistent perlage.

Nose: Intense, complex, elegant, characterized by floral scents and dominated by fruity notes, including berries, in particular currant and wild strawberries.

Taste: Fresh, delicate, velvety and of excellent structure; body marked and in balance with acidity, has a good aftertaste persistence.

Matching: Excellent as an aperitif, thanks to its versatility it is an excellent wine for all meals. It goes very well with dishes based on legumes and rice salads or quinoa with seasonal vegetables. In particular, it is excellent in combination with tasty risottos with vegetables, savory pies, chickpea hummus with crudité, roasted or sauteed vegetables with soy and sesame sauce, borlotti bean salads or cannellini. It’s nice after dinner, too.
