A pleasant and delicate aroma, never intrusive, which characterizes both the aromas and the taste, make this Prosecco Treviso DOC labeled Maschio dei Cavalieri, one of those Prosecco that you never get tired of. For its production are used the bases of the "historical zone" of the Denomination, which represents the best area of the vast territory interested in the cultivation of Glera grapes. The technique used for its production directly submits the must to foam for the duration of a month at a controlled temperature of 12-15 ºC, then interrupted to obtain the desired level of sugar. This will allow the wine to achieve that drinkability defined by the aromatic fragrance and fresh taste, as well as fine perlage. A prosecco to be appreciated until the last drop.

Pale and crystalline straw yellow to the glass, with fine and persistent perlage. The nose is marked from the first moments by distinct and defined hints of candied fruit that move along a subtle mineral texture. In the mouth it has a slender and lively body, with a sip characterized by a pleasant freshness and a delicately aromatic and fruity taste like the nose, in which the harmony of the residual sugar is found.

The ideal bottle to share with friends during an aperitif, but also great to accompany fish dishes, fresh fruit and pastries.
