TYPE: Valdobbiadene Superiore Spumante Millesimato Brut controlled and guaranteed denomination of origin.

METHOD: CHARMAT.

GRAPES: 85% Glera, 10% Bianchetta, 5% Perera.

PRODUCTION AREA: vineyards located in the municipality of Valdobbiadene (TV).

VINIFICATION: the vinification of these grapes, after the strictly manual harvest, is done in compliance with traditional techniques using modern technologies, to always guarantee a product that is as genuine as it is sought after.

COLOR: pale straw yellow.

BOUQUET: fruity of ripe apple and yellow-fleshed peach, light floral of acacia flowers and rose petals.

PAIRING: ideal as an aperitif and generally with fish-based appetizers.
