The Nectar Impérial by Moet et Chandon is a creamy and refined Demi-Sec, the result of a rest on the lees for at least 36 months. The assembly reflects the distinctive and complementary characteristics of the three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
It presents itself to the sight of a beautiful intense golden yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory bouquet is satisfying and rich, characterized by memories of tropical fruit, apricot and peach, followed by honeyed nuances and references to pastry. Round and soft the sip, juicy and delicately sweet, fresh at the same time and of excellent length.
To be chosen both for the aperitif and for the dessert, you will find it good with a cream and fruit tart.
