The ideal combination of freshness and maturity, harmony and effervescence, it is a magical Champagne, full of suggestions that releases a new strength, depth, vitality and intensity. A further bold step towards an obvious but, at the same time, elusive consistency for a Champagne that will be remembered as the driest vintage since 1822, 2003, the promoter of an extremely early harvest and a delicate work of intuition and savoir faire.

Bright straw yellow with sharp gold tips, it has a ripe and generous nose where notes of dried fruit and lime mix with passion fruit, fig and hazelnut, rosemary and white pepper refoli on a background of smoked gray accents. Vibrant taste, it shows a creamy tactile richness but also fleshy that is gradually revealed through a refined viscosity. The persistence is exquisitely bitter and juicy, with deep nuances of toasted malt and licorice.

Pair with: beef broth, with fried artichokes but also with ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach.
