Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne is produced from the assembly of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier. The melange of the bases obtained from these three grapes is then bottled and left to ferment a second time in the bottle, refining in the bottle for at least 30 months.
Grand Cordon Mumm Champagne manages to intrigue sensorially by presenting itself in the glasses with a straw yellow color with golden reflections, embellished with a fine, persistent and brilliant perlage. On the nose it expresses intriguing fruity notes reminiscent of white peaches, pineapple and fresh citrus fruits, framed by aromas of toasted hazelnuts and mineral puffs while the taste is creamy and balanced, with a citrusy and chalky freshness.
