The climate and mineral composition of the Friuli hills are the perfect combination to create a classic, characteristic, aromatic and complex Sauvignon Blanc. Also known as 'the secret weapon of Friuli', here Sauvignon Blanc reaches levels of quality equal to the great French wines; in this example of Bastianich winery we find the perfect fusion between old and new world, for a wine that makes your mouth water thanks to its wide aromatic register, able to bewitch and conquer at first glance!

Intense straw yellow, the nose expresses important vegetal and smoked notes, along with floral sensations of yellow flowers, broom and mimosa, with hints of hazelnut, lime, chamomile, hay and tomato leaf. In the mouth it is simply delicious, in perfect balance between freshness and sapidity, with a rightly long finish with a classic almond note.

To combine with vegetarian dishes such as asparagus risotto, rice salad but also soups and seasonal soups.
