Continuous research, optimization in the cultivation of autochthonous and international grapes, vinification in purity or in well thought-out blends, are the strengths of the Felluga family and company, since 1956 synonymous with quality wines in Friuli. 155 hectares of vineyards are owned, on the hills composed of sandstone marl, together with the Alps, which offer shelter from rain and wind phenomena, as well as the mitigating influence of the Adriatic Sea; all this contributes to creating wines of class and aromatic complexity irreproducible elsewhere. Cleverly carved in minerality, aromatic in the Mediterranean maquis and always promising in longevity, the whites of Felluga are an example for all. Sharis, a meeting between the traditional Ribolla Gialla and the world famous Chardonnay, is a rich label, which combines the famous richness of the grape with a refined expression, in which all the components interact in unison.

Straw yellow color with golden reflections, it has a fresh, intense and involving nose of orange and acacia flowers, blended with notes of melon and citrus peel, with pleasing balsamic hints of Mediterranean maquis. The taste is elegant, fresh and very fine, well balanced between freshness and flavor and finished in the elegant minerality of the background, in which emerge memories of kiwi, apple and papaya.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with dishes with asparagus, vegetable soups, pulses and marinated fish.
