Fiano di Avellino Villa Raiano 75cl

White wine produced only with Fiano grapes from four different vineyards located in as many municipalities in the province of Avellino and precisely: Candida, Montefredane, Lapio and San Michele di Serino.
The grapes are picked by hand and transported to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing the berries. The grapes are subjected to a soft pressing in whole bunch to obtain the must flower. The vinification and aging on the lees for 4 months takes place entirely in steel vats.

Color: Bright straw yellow

Perfume: Notes of flint, white citrus, aromatic herbs and subtle incursions of floral fragrances

Taste: Clean, vibrant and fruity, mineral and sharp freshness
