Ceslar Gewurztraminer Cantina Bolzano 75cl

The "Aromatic Traminer", already known in the thirteenth century, today is certainly the most famous South Tyrolean wine. It probably has its origins in Tramin (Tramin), a village from which it took the name "Traminer". This aromatic wine, produced with grapes from steep slopes, chosen by the winemaker fascinates with fruity aromas - intense and persistent floral, with a spicy note.

Cultivation area: highly suitable areas of the city of Bolzano and surroundings, from 400 to 600 m a.s.l.
Harvest: from late September to early October
Vinification: short maceration, soft pressing, temperature controlled fermentation in steel
Color: intense straw yellow with golden reflections
Scent: aromatic, roses, lychee, grapefruit, lime, light notes of orange peel, cloves and cinnamon
Taste: full, complex, morbio, good freshness
Alcohol: 15,0 %vol
Residual sugars: 5,0 g/l
