Ronco Delle Cime Collio DOC Venica 75cl

A fresh white, with intense aromas, produced in one of the most suitable wine areas of the entire peninsula, that of Collio DOC in Friuli; the Ronco delle cime dei fratelli Venica is a magnificent interpretation of Friulano in purity, autochthonous vine of the region that is bred in the vineyards surrounding the town of Dolegna, benefiting from the colder soils of the basin and important temperature changes. All this translates into a white of absolute precision and clean taste-olfactory, declined in a sip of pleasant softness and typical minerality.

Intense straw yellow, edged with golden shades. Characteristic smoky notes impact the first nose, leaving room for the advent of pleasant sensations of white peach and almond. The mouthfeel is elegant and has a perfect balance between the softness and the fresh-savory component. The finish is fine, harmonious and slightly bitter.

Try it in the traditional pairing with San Daniele ham, or with raw fish or oriental cuisine.
