Gewürztraminer Sanct DOC Valentin St. Michael Eppan 75cl

This historic company (which brings together about 340 families of growers who are in the heart of it), never loses sight of the quality of its products and aims to enhance the personality of the native vines of the South Tyrolean territory, thanks to the great passion and, Above all, to the luck of having the vineyards with the best exposure. The Sankt Valentin cru, which gives its name to the line of this sensual Gewürtztraminer, is one of these.

Bright straw yellow, it smells of roses and ripe exotic fruit, honey and aromatic herbs. Soft and exuberant to the taste, well balanced between flavor and freshness, has long fruity and almond finish.

It is a jolly that goes perfectly with a shrimp and curry risotto, buffalo mozzarella but also with Valencian paella or raw fish
