History I.G.P. Puglia 75 cl Cantina Diomede
Golden in color, with an intense and decisive aroma with notes of field herbs, flowers and peach. The history of the Diomede Winery produced in the hinterland of the city of Canosa in Puglia shows itself as a very full-bodied and decisive wine with a slightly bitter finish, thanks to these two characteristics the History easily combines with dishes based on fish like fish soups, spaghetti with clams, rice with shrimp and zucchini, etc.
Recommended combination is to combine the wine with crustaceans and molluscs, very successful is the combination with the Mussels Tarantine famous in the Puglia region for their quality and slightly bitter taste.
