Timo Vermentino San Marzano 75cl

A wine that already from the name recalls the essence of the Mediterranean scrub that grows on the dunes of the coast. Made only with Vermentino grapes, it combines the scents of white flowers with a strong marine note. Fresh wine that prefers fish pairings, The grapes that grow at 100 m above sea level and a short distance from the coast are harvested in late August, then destemmed and kept in contact with the skins for a few hours cold before pressing,so as to extract the maximum aromatic potential from the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 15 ºC for 13-15 days, preserving intact bouquet and natural aromatic profile of the grapes
