Bright yellow with greenish shades. The nose reveals beautiful nuances ranging from citrus to exotic fruits to slight floral sensations of magnolia and vanilla. On the palate it is sapid, fresh and mineral, characterized by light notes of wood. Closes with a decisive and persistent finish.

A great classic of Apulian enology, a Chardonnay that is as fresh as it is soft, balanced and harmonious. The Castel del Monte Chardonnay DOC "Pietrabianca" of Tormaresca is a white wine whose vinification takes place in steel tanks and whose maturation continues in French oak barrels for a few months. What derives from it is a paradigm of elegance, able to amaze for its aromatic and refined taste, a white that will give surprises even after many years of harvesting.
