This beautiful expression of Gewürztraminer comes directly from the terraced vineyards of the estate of Kastelaz that, benefiting from the privileged southern exposure of its rows, the favorable micro-climatic conditions and the soils rich in limestone, make it an extremely elegant and refined wine.
Bright light gold color, it gives off intense typical varietal aromas of litchi, rose and citrus, followed by chamomile, nutmeg and honey. The taste is surprising for the important structure, it is pleasantly soft, savory and with a nice acidic vein to support. Long persistence on citrus returns.
It goes perfectly with raw shellfish, roast white meat, sushi and all the dishes of Asian cuisine.
